So as we reach the international break we’re back to the lofty position of joint top and as far as performances go, they don’t come much better than we witnessed against Charlton.
For the first time this season Mellor finally had a strike partner worthy of him as Jon Parkin impressed on his debut.
Of course failure to mention the midfield would be farcical. It was probably as good as a performance as a quartert you are likely to see and I don’t think thats particularly going stupidly over the top.
